Dear All, I found that it's really lovely to send follow-up emails from LIA email account. It looks more official. And I'd love to share with you how I linked LIA email account with my Google account, which makes my life easier. My steps are 1. Register a Google account with LIA email account, and then activated its Gmail account. The benefit is that I can see all the groups I registered via LIA email account. 2. Log in your LIA email account from http://intranet.legalimmigrant.org/, LIA Email 3. In Settings, forward all emails to my LIA dedicated Google account. Refer to attached email_account_step3.JPEG 4. Log in your Google account, go to Gmail 5. In Settings, add LIA email account and make it as default. Refer to attached email_account_step5.JPEG Note that all the above are optional, since you can easily add your LIA email account in your current email tool and choose it when you compose a LIA email.
